Darrel MusiqCity Walls, who hosted “The Awakening Experience” this weekend, just dropped an EP called Songs to the King. It was perfect timing because the songs actually feed into the idea of his event which he described as “an avenue in which you are able to identity and acknowledge what it is that is blocking you from establishing a relationship with God and reaching your purpose, [providing] tools to help you through your process and a worship experience like no other.”
The 8-track project is full of worship songs that literally move you into a different space. Standing alone as music you can feel, it’s extremely relatable. I’ve had “I’d Go Crazy” on repeat all morning. We needed this!
