When it comes to music, Kanye West never fails to disappoint. He’s taken his talents in a different direction recently for a new feature of his called “Sunday Service” and it’s everything hiphop and gospel music lovers alike could ever hope for. It’s worship and rhythm wrapped up in one graceful sound.
In his effort to take social media to church, Kanye West has been releasing performance videos with a choir and this week, they covered Fred Hammond’s “This Is The Day,” in which Fred reposted the clip on Twitter and and gave it praise: “I know I’m late but the nephew @ypj Told me about this but when I heard and seen it … um um um #kanyewest flipped it! Save the negative comments about this Luke 19:40“I tell you,” he replied, “if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out #choirmusicrocks”

Yeezy isn’t new to shouting out God. Most recently, he thanked Chance the Rapper for helping him find his faith again, and in 2016 teamed up with Kirk Franklin for “Ultralight Beam.”
