First The Preachers, now The Book of John (working title)?
The Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) has announced an eight-episode series featuring John Gray, associate pastor at Joel Osteen’s Lakewood Church in Houston and co-host of The Preachers talk show. The Leftfield Pictures production will follow Gray at home and in his ministry.

“Pastor Gray’s unique blend of humor and heart will make for a great series,” OWN President Erik Logan said. “We are excited for him to join our Saturday night family and thrilled to order new episodes [of For Peete’s Sake] and Sweetie Pie’s.”
The title of the docu-series – due Spring 2017 – is up in the air, but The Book of John has a nice ring to it.
